One of the reasons you don’t see any effects of your workout is because you are not changing your routines. When you repeat your exercises in similar pattern, your body gets used to these exercises and stores a picture in your brain. The next time you do these exercises, the stored picture is used by your body and hence less energy is spent in performing those exercises. You have to try and keep changing the exercise pattern every month at least.

Also make sure that you drink lots of water to reduce your calorie consumption. When you keep yourself full with water, your body won’t send messages of hunger and the little munching will stop. Believe it or not these snacks are one of the main reasons why people put on so much weight.
